Heat oven to 425° F
Prep 2 8x8 or 1 9x13 foil pans for a single batch or 1 11x16 pan for a double batch: wash, line with parchment
Mix dry ingredients; set aside
Mash bananas, add other wet ingredients, mix
Add dry to wet, mix
Pour into prepared pans, spread and smooth out
Bake 17-20 minutes at 425
Cool, then cut into pieces
